Hi! I’m James Colino, author of RecOps, Founder of the RecOps Academy and the Head of Talent Acquisition for a really cool company called Sheetz! I’ve been a recruiter and talent acquisition leader for over two decades. I don’t know everything, but I do know that running a recruiting function has never been more difficult.
