RecOps is an emerging practice within Talent Acquisition focused on optimizing all or part of a recruiting function.
Through the book, the RecOps Academy and the Recruiting Optimization Community, we will unearth what it means for Heads of Talent Acquisition to practice RecOps and build a community around practitioners who are in the trenches transforming their functions on a daily basis.
Our ultimate goal is an optimized recruiting function inside every company in every corner of the world.
Our Founder
James Colino is the author of the book RecOps and the founder of RecOps.org. James has been building/optimizing recruiting products, processes and functions for over 20 years. He held recruiting leadership roles at The Hershey Company, founded/sold two recruiting technology companies (SpanishJobs.com & HireBar Inc.), led the global technology enablement team at Cielo and currently serves as Head of Talent Acquisition at Sheetz Inc., a 720+ c-store chain in the mid-Atlantic region.
